Sir, The complainant / applicant humbly submits as under : 1. That the above titled case is pending before this Ld. Court and the same is fixed for today i.e. 2. That both the parties have amicably compromised with each other and both the parties agreed that they will maintain cordial relation with each others in future and will not quarrel with each other and will live peacefully in future and as such the complainant does not want to pursue this case further. Hence this application for necessary permission to the complainant / applicant to compound the aforesaid case. 3. That the complainant is filing this application with his own sweet Will, without any pressure, coercion or misrepresentation etc. It is, therefore, prayed that in view of the aforesaid submissions, this application may kindly be allowed and the necessary permission be given to the applicant / complainant to compound the aforesaid case and justice be done.

COMPROMISE DEED Sir, The parties have amicably compromised with each others which are as under : 1. That the both parties have amicably compromised with each others as such the first party do not want to pursue the above titled case against the second party and wants to withdraw the same. 2. That the second party has agreed that he will not create any dispute with the complainant and will not quarrel with each others 3. That both the parties undertake that they will live peaceful and cordially. 4. That both the parties undertake that they will develop good relationship between themselves and their family in future.
