of the smart class program for the students, teachers and school management

y The smartclass coordinator is a sole representative,

truly the eyes, ears and hands of Educomp inside the school campus for all stake holders of the school at all times. The school smartclass coordinator is completely responsible for smooth implementation of the smart class program inside the school and the value that Educomp commits to deliver.

y Ensuring all teachers are trained to work with the

smart class program


y Ensure all relevant smart class content is showcased to

teachers month wise as per their syllabus

accurately and regularly as detailed below


y Daily Content Usage Report y Keys Management Process y Content Preview Timetable y Content Showcase Format y Stock Register y New Content List y Teacher s Feedback Register y Technical Maintenance Register

y On a fortnightly basis detailed content and hardware

report is to be sent to the respective ASG Manager y Hardware and systemic breakdowns are promptly escalated to ensure minimal down time as per the escalation processes y Relationships with teachers and head of school are maintained at best levels y Every day at least two rounds should be conducted by the SCC across all ETECs to ensure that teachers are using the smartclass program

y Coordination is carried out for ASG Manager s

meeting/ trainings with all stakeholders y Necessary support is provided and arrangements are made to facilitate success of training workshops y As and when the smartclass repository is upgraded; the list of newly added modules is shared with all the teachers and the school management. Also every new module is showcased to the respective subject teachers.

y School is visited 2-3 days prior to any vacation ending

to ensure on the day the school reopens all ETECs are fully functional and clean
y Quarterly fees from the school is collected in time y Facilitate Educomp Guest visits in the school

y As an employee of Educomp Solutions Ltd you are

entitled only to the holidays as per the organization s policy. If the school that you are deployed in is closed for summer/winter/autumn/exam break you are expected to stay working with your respective ASG Manager. y Attend all re-skill programs organized by the ASG team as per the needs of the smartclass program y Attend all online/written tests administered by the ASG team to assess your performance level and quality
