Weekly Outline:
Activity session subject : Opposites

Vocabulary: Fast/slow, loud/quiet, boy/girl, happy/sad, left/right, big/small, yes/no, up/down, open/close, tall/short.

Activities / songs / games: Act out the opposites as a class. Have students act out the different opposites in pairs of two. Make Opposites posters to go on wall

Phonics This week we will continue reviewing the sounds and letter names in alphabetical order. We will also be going over beginning sounds associated with vocabulary the students already know.

Review This week we will review Daily Routines: Wake up, Go to the toilet, Brush my teeth, Brush my hair, wash my hands/face/hair, Get dressed, Eat breakfast, Go to School, Clean up. What are you doing?/ I am ... Sing the This is the way I .... to the tune of Mulberry Bush.

Notes / parent follow up: The children continue to enjoy learning about Christmas and singing all the Christmas songs.
