Tuesday: Development Review Committee

The Development Review Committee will meet on January 17, 2012 at 9:30 AM in the 3rd floor conference room. The agenda includes reviews of 5 development proposals: 1) a 3.59 acre proposal for an Olney assisted living facility, 2) a 0.58 acre proposal to create 2 lots in Glen Echo Heights, 3) a 0.77 acre proposal to create 5 lots in AyrLawn, 4) a revised 2.63 acre proposal for the Parmjit & Saini Estates, and 5) a discussion of a proposal for 692 multi-family dwelling units on 5.29 acres in Glen Aldon Property. The next DRC meeting will be on February 6, 2012.
