To prevent cross-contamination to our product along the delivery chain / process. Procedure: 1. Lorry battery water, engine oil, brake and lighting system shall be checked prior to start delivery to ensure lorry is in good running condition.

2. During off-loading of ice from lorry, the insulated box door shall remain close immediately after ice has been off-loaded, in order to minimize melting of the remaining stock of ice.

3. The ice bags shall be placed on a trolley upon off-loaded from the lorry. The ice bags shall not be placed directly on the floor or road.

4. All ice bags which are collected or returned by customers as Goods Returned should be isolated from the existing ice stock in the lorry.

5. In the event the lorry breaks down during delivery, the lorry shall return, either tow to factory or repair at site. Customers shall be advised of the delay. If the lorry is towed back, the all products shall be loaded in another lorry

6. The insulated box shall always maintain in clean, free of odour and in good condition to prevent cross contamination. 7. Lorries are used to transport ice products only.
