Week03 Balancing Left and Right

The document discusses balancing the left and right channels during Sahaja Yoga meditation. It explains that it is normal to feel tingling, heat, or heaviness in one or both hands while meditating. To achieve a state of silent meditation, both sides first need to be balanced. If tingling is felt in the left hand, the left hand should be held out while placing the right hand on the earth. If tingling is felt in the right hand, the right hand should be held out while bending the left arm up and directing the left palm towards the back. Balancing both sides is important for meditation unless isolated from stress.
