6 keping Roti/ Sisa roti
2 sudu makan Mentega
1/2 cup Kismis
4 biji Telur
2 cawan Susu sejat lemak berkrim, ‘UHT’
¾ cawan Gula kastor
1 sudu teh Esen vanilla
1 sudu teh Serbuk kayu manis

2 tbsp Butter, melted
1/2 cup Raisins
4 Eggs (beaten)
2 cups UHT Milk
3/4 cup Castor Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Panaskan ketuhar sehingga 350° C.
Siatkan roti dan masukkannya ke dalam bekas aluminium. Renjiskan mentega diatas roti. Jika
ingin, taburkan dengan kismis.
Campurkan telur, susu, serbuk kayu manis, gula dan esen vanilla. Gaul sehingga sebati.
Tuangkan campuran ke atas roti dan pastikan semua bahagian roti meresapi cecair.
Bakarkan di dalam ketuhar yang telah dipanaskan selama 45 minit.

Preheat oven to 350° C.
Tear the bread into small pieces into the aluminum container. Drizzle melted butter or margarine
over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla essence. Beat until
well mixed.
Pour over bread, and lightly push down with a fork until bread is covered and soaks up the egg
mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly pressed
with a fork.
