LEVEL I FIRST AID KIT


SUPPLIES:
(4) 4x4 Gauze (1) 4-0 Nylon Suture
(4) 4x4 Non-Stick Pad (1) 3-0 Nylon Suture
(6) Small Adhesive Bandage (5) Butterfly Closure
(4) Large Adhesive Bandage (4) Steri-Strip
(4) Alcohol Wipe (1) Betadine Tube
(1) Razor Blade (4) Rubber Glove
(1) Plastic Tape (1) 18 Ga. Needle
(1) Small Kerlex Roll (1) 10 cc Syringe
(8) Cotton Balls (8) Safety Pin
(1) Duct Tape (1) Insta-Glue
(1) Cohadesive Band (2) Tegaderm

MEDICATIONS:
(16) Acetaminophen 500 mg (Tylenol) -- PAIN / FEVER
2 tabs by mouth every 4 hours
(16) Ibuprofen 200 mg (Motrin/Advil) -- PAIN / FEVER
2-3 tabs by mouth every 6 hours
(6) Diphenhydramine 25 mg (Benadryl) -- ALLERGY / SLEEP
1-2 tabs by mouth every 4-6 hours
(4) Loperamide 2 mg (Immodium) -- DIARRHEA
2 tabs by mouth initially, then 1 tab after each loose stool
(4) Famotidine 10 mg (Pepcid) -- ACID REFLUX
2-3 tabs by mouth every 6 hours
(2) Antibiotic Ointment Single Appl. (Neosporin) -- INFECTION
Apply to affected area 3-4 times per day
(4) Water Purification Tabs per instructions
