CSSR (Call Setup Success Rate) is Rate of calls going until TCH successful assignment. SCR (Successful call Setup Rate) is the Rate of calls until normal release that is not interrupted by SDCCH DROP, neither by assignment failures, nor by CALL DROP. HOSR (hand over Success rate) is the number of successful internal and external outgoing handovers.

(a) CSSR (Call Setup Success Rate)
Definition: Rate of calls going until TCH successful assignment
Formula: CSSR = (1- SDC Congestion)*(1-SDCDrop)*(1- TCH Assignment Block)*(1-TCH Assignment
Failure)

(b) SCR
Definition: Rate of calls going until normal release that is not interrupted by SDCCH DROP, neither by
assignment failures, and neither by CALL DROP.

Formula : SCR = CSSR * (1 – TCH_Drop_Rate)

the total amount of RTCH request for normal assignment procedure
