Ed427 Individualized Professional Learning Plan

Mishayla Pelletier has developed a professional action plan for the 2016-2017 school year with three goals: 1) Establish expectations for student behavior by creating guidelines, teaching expectations to students, and consistently enforcing consequences. This will be measured by a list of expectations and increased desired behaviors. 2) Increase student engagement by becoming more animated while teaching. She will develop a list of animated behaviors and focus on increasing two in herself, tracking data on how often she exhibits them. 3) Differentiate instruction by creating meaningful fast finishers for students. She will gather appropriate activities, accommodate them for students, and organize them into a system measured by the completed collection of activities.
