behavior in the classroom. This will be accomplished by designing guidelines, establishing desired behaviors in students,
and consistently enforcing these standards. This will be measured through a created list of expectations that is listed for
all to see and an increase in desired student behavior.

more animated while teaching. This will be accomplished by developing a list of behaviors to increase and focusing in on
one or two of those behaviors. This will measured through a noticeable increase in the behavior, how many times the
behavior is seen on a regular basis.
