Ed427 Individualized Professional Learning Plan

Mishayla Pelletier has developed a professional action plan for the 2016-2017 school year with three goals: 1) Establish expectations for student behavior by creating guidelines, teaching expectations to students, and consistently enforcing consequences. This will be measured by a list of expectations and increased desired behaviors. 2) Increase student engagement by becoming more animated while teaching. She will develop a list of animated behaviors and focus on increasing two in herself, tracking data on how often she exhibits them. 3) Differentiate instruction by creating meaningful fast finishers for students.
