Loughborough Lightning defeated Surrey Storm 33-72 in a CNSL match played at the Netball Centre, Loughborough University. Loughborough led 12-16 after the first quarter and extended their lead to 33-52 by the end of the third quarter. Surrey Storm outscored Loughborough in the final quarter but it was not enough to overcome the deficit as Loughborough won the match 33-72. Becky James of Loughborough shot 25 goals from 28 attempts for an 89% accuracy while Rachel Dunn of Surrey Storm shot 57 from 69 attempts for 83% accuracy.
