Discipline Plan

In order for all of our children to learn I have made a list of our classroom rules and the consequences if
these rules are not followed. We will have rewards throughout the day and once a week for following
these rules.
Our Class Rules:
1. I will listen to my teacher.
2. I will follow directions quickly.
3. I will respect others, myself, and my school.
4. I will raise my hand to speak.
5. I will be safe, kind, and honest.
Consequences:
1. Rewarded for great behavior choices.
2. Buzz dimes for good choices.
3. Warning and student-conference with the teacher.
4. 5-minute sit out of recess.
5. 10-minute buddy room visit.
6. Note and call home.
7. Student conference with Principal.
8. Write up to Principal.
Rewards: Student will receive a sticker or smiley face and the end of each day for good choices made. At
the end of the week the student will get to draw out of the treasure box or a treat from the teacher.
I will be in contact with you on your students progress and I will send a code home so that you may keep
up with his/her progress throughout the day through Class Dojo. I will send home the information for you
to check Class Dojo even while your student is here at school.
Please, you and your child sign the bottom of this sheet and return to me.
Feel free to contact me at any time. My conference will be from 10:15-11.
