Good Morning! Ladies and Gentleman!, The galaxy of intellectuals, your


Excellency, invited guests, teachers and my dear friends.
Talent and skills are the crops that are nurtured, groomed and given all
possible opportunities to grow and bloom. Toppers felicitation day is the
celebration of the harvest of this crop. This is a much awaited event in
every students life, as it gives the returns to the efforts put in by the
students throughout their academic endeavour.
Well my first and foremost duty is to welcome you all. Akhil Bhartiye
Vidhyarthi Parishad, Panjab University, Chandigarh Unit welcomes you
all to the 3rd series of toppers felicitation programme.

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I request you to please stand as the
dignitaries have just entered the hall.
