This chic beret has an elegant natty mock cable edging. The
lazy daisies are added once the knitting is completed, before

you sew the beret up. To finish off your daisies, add a french

Bettine
For me, the shrug is the most versatile of knitted garments.
It also makes a great first project, as it is quicker to knit than
a daunting full-size garment. Pretty beads intertwined in
the lace pattern add beauty to this shrug. It will look equally
stunning worn with jeans and a T-shirt as with a pretty sum-
mer dress.
