CASTLE HIGH SCHOOL

2016 SIAC WRESTLING TOURNEY


JANUARY 23, 2016
TIME SCHEDULE:

Weigh-In: 8:00a.m. - 8:30a.m.

SESSION:
Round I: Starts at 9:00 a.m. utilizing 3 mats.
Finals will begin at approximately at 1:30p.m.
Wrestling will be continuous, with breaks only to allow proper rest for
wrestlers.
COACHES: Only two coaches will be permitted to be at the mat when their wrestler is in
action. Chairs will be provided. ALL WRESTLERS, STATISICTIANS, & OTHERS ARE TO
BE SEATED IN BLEACHERS WHEN NOT IN ACTION.
SPECTATOR DIRECTIONS: Doors will open on Saturday at 7:30a.m. Use south entrance
and the front of the school. Teams should use south lot and south entrance. NO PARKING
IN THE ALLEY.
TICKETS: Tickets are $6.00.
EMERGENCY SERVICES: There will be a trainer present to assist you if needed.
AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded one weight class following the consolation matches.
Coaches should see the wrestlers are in the award area when they are called. The 1 st place
winner will also receive his wall chart.
TAPING/FILMING WILL BE PERMITTED. (EACH SCHOOL WILL RECEIVE 1 PRESS
PASS)

Use only designated balcony area on the east side of the gymnasium.
2.
Not permitted on gym floor.
3.
No equipment will be supplied. Power outlets are limited.
The IHSAA and SIAC strictly prohibit the use of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco in any form at
any conference activity. Violators will be asked to leave the area for the day. This includes
participants. All such problems will be referred to the Warrick County Sheriff.
