This Letter helps our project because it gives a point of someone who
achieved a lot for women. It helps to bring the desire she had for voting rights, it
also helps to see that she is still so energetic even though shes old and retires

the womens point of view about why they should vote. All the specific reasons why

This newspaper describes how a suffragette, Alice Paul, was arrested for
picketing the white house. She went on a hunger strike. The doctors had to force
feed her. They injected food through her nostrils. This newspaper helped in my
research because it made me understand how much effort was put into this
movement.

understand the topic more. This book provides the information but it is straight to
the point so it is easier to understand for my topic.

This book helps me with my project because it brings a lot of information
about womens suffrage with a lot of events. So I am sure of understanding the
material well because it is straight to the point about the information and the book
also has pictures about the events that happened.

This source helps with our topic because we are able to see the whole
process that women had to go through. It also helps by showing us all the sacrifices
each women gave up. This helps to understand our topic because we were actually
able to view it all other than reading an article. A movie allows different
perspectives from the womans suffrage movement.

This helps with my topic because it allows me to see the importance equal
rights was for women and that they werent willing to give up. It also helps by
explaining obstacles these women fought against to gain suffrage. Women were just
stating their rights then punished for it. Also to see how long it took for the
amendment to ratify because women never gave up.
