PROMISSORY NOTE

The undersigned acknowledges her indebtedness from KALEFMA FAR EAST


CORP., represented by LUCILLE F. EBUE, the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED THREE PESOS (P7,503.00), Philippine Currency, as remaining balance for
my previous indebtedness which I failed to pay on the original scheduled period for
payment.
After a settlement with the said Corp., the undersigned hereby promises to pay
the said amount plus FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THREE PESOS (P563.00) representing
the 8% monthly interest on NOVEMBER 27, 2015 or earlier as her means would permit.
The undersigneds failure to comply with this undertaking shall entitle the Corp. to
initiate an extrajudicial foreclosure of the mortgaged property in accordance with the
original contract of loan between the parties.
