Reports to National Sales Manager

Objective
To help understand local markets and identify ways in which business become high-performance
and profitable business.

To provide support to sales team of 28 people in order to set up priorities based on profitability
and long- term relationships with farmers
Responsibility/Duty
Preparing monthly and weekly reports per Region and per Area Sales Manager
Preparing seasonal analysis of S&D per region, based on National Statistic Data and other data,
draw conclusions and recommendations
Monitor new customer solutions results and profitability, in order to promote companys
strategic objective and improve revenues and P&L.
Active role in budget planning and monitoring monthly results per Area Sales Manager.
Provide support for measurement, forecasting, and goal-setting processes.
Continuosly monitors and assesses the performance of the sales team, making sure that the key
performance indicators are met (i.e. number of sales calls, numeric and weighted coverage,
volume sold, originated quantities)
Various analysis of competitors moves, market trends and impacts .
Availability to travel from time to time
Education, Experience, Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel)
Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting complex data and in providing solutions to all
data issues.
Self-starter; highly motivated and able to work independently
Teamwork; ability to work in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
Fast learning and self-development: curiosity to learn
High energy levels. Action oriented. Willingness to take responsibility and initiative. Able to
proactively identify and resolve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
