Classroom Design for Engaged Learning

The teacher observed how their classroom was organized for their third teaching placement (TP). The classroom had tables arranged in single rows so students could face each other, encouraging social development. Materials were stored in accessible trays so students could work independently. The classroom was decorated with different learning areas like a sensory area and reading area to engage students and develop their skills in a creative way. The classroom organization encourages learning by providing an interesting, decorated space for students to explore.

MY TP3

Observation
Another beautiful day in The British Orchard School. my 3rd TP
every TP gets more interesting than the last one all new
experience to gain every day. And we teachers make sure that
the kids feel comfortable in their class and learn in a creative
way, so in my this TP I observed how the class is organized. My
class is arranged in a way that the kids could move freely, And
the table are organized in a way that the kids can easily walk
and exercise in the class and even dance on the music without
having a block in front of them. The tables are potted in a one
raw so everyone sets facing each other this way will develop
their social activity. The materials of the class are stored in
trays and in the reach of the kids so they can talk the
materials and potted away when finished in this way they will
learn to be independent and their own work by their selves
and develop many skills like social, physical, emotional and
cognitive.

Reflection
The way that the class is arranged encourages the kids to
learn more because its decorated & catchs the eyes of the
kids, like the sensory area its decorated in a creative way
which attracts the kids. its important for them to learn in this
age to develop their skills. And there is a lot more other
activities in the class for the learners, so they can learn more
and more & wont get bore. Class rooms nowadays are more
creative & comfortable back in my time we didnt have that
much areas in the class even activities. A class room most be
comfortable and active so the kids wont get bored the class
wont get dull, to encourage the kids to learn and develop all
kind of skills.
