Recruitment of Project Fellow


Walk in Interview
Eligible candidates are requested to attend walk in interview for a temporary post of Project
Fellow in the UGC-Major Research Project titled Programmin the immunogencity of latency
associated antigens of M tuberculosis through Toll Like receptors (TLRs) adjuvants" in the office of
the Head, Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, School of Life sciences on
November 03, 2015 at 11.00 A.M.
Qualifications Candidate must have Second class Master degree (MSc. in Life Sciences/
Biotechnology) with a minimum of 55% marks for general category (50% in
case of SC/ST/PH).
The candidate should be below the age of 40 years at the time of
appointment.

Candidates should have six months to one year hands on experience in


molecular biology techniques like gene cloning, protein expression and
purification, hands on various nano-formulations for drug/vaccine delivery,
immunological assays including animal handling, immunizations, T cells
and B cell assays.
Rs. 14,000 p.m. + H.R.A. as per rules
The appointment will be on temporary basis for a period of one year. Based
on performance, the appointment could be extended till the end of project.

Applicants should note that the appointments to be made are purely temporary and there is no
right for claiming for any regular appointment in the University.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining the post, if selected.

The Applicants should carry all the original certificates of the qualifying exam at the time of
attending the interviews. Attested photocopies of certificates/mark sheets and other
testimonials will be collected at the time of interview.
