Collegial models features:
Strongly normative in orientation/ Appropriate for
organization as schools and colleges/ Assume set of
values/ Size of making decision (In groups)/
Decisions are reached by consensus rather than
division or conflict.
Leadership is when person influence others actions
to achieve something.
Managerial Leadership is the person maintaining
and effectuality current organizational arrangement.
Managerial Leadership is under bureaucratic model,
whereas Leadership is under collegial model.
