Organisation
Cones are used to create two lines about 12 meters apart. Place the players to the line
with a ball as shown. Put one or more players between the two lines with a ball.
Description
Inside player(s) tries to dribble through the outside players and protect his ball, tries to
prevent the outside players passes. Outside players try to hit the inside player's ball.

Outside players must pass the ball on the ground and must not leave the line

Eyes up to see the outside players attempts

Change pace while dribbling

Use both feet to touch the ball

Use all surface to touch and protect the ball

Take care of extra balls

Set Up
