Writing- Students will be planning and
drafting personal narratives.
Reading- Students will practice monitoring
their comprehension and accuracy as they
are reading a text. They will also be
working on retelling fiction text, using
characters, setting, and the events of a
story.
Math- Students will use the Make a Ten
strategy to solve problems, find teen totals,
and relate addition & subtraction.
Social Studies- Students will learn about
the characteristics of a good citizen such
as Clara Barton. They will also learn how
to be good citizens themselves at home, at
school, and in the community.
