Kaizen Safety Improvements in Body Shop

The Kaizen sheet documents improvements made in the Paint Shop section of Hinopak Motors Limited's Body Operations Division in December 2014. An intern identified that the sharp corners of sheets posed safety hazards to workers and damaged clothes. To address this, corner caps were made for the sheets to round off the sharp edges, improving safety and quality standards.
