MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) was made and
EXECUTED/ENTERED BY and BETWEEN:
MONTE CIELO SUBDIVISION- A duly organized private Corporation, engaged in Real
Estate Developer with a business address at Hi-Way 1, Sta Cruz, Bato Camarines Sur, represented
herein by MRS CELEDONIA A. MARIANO- Proprietor/Manager, referred to as the
CONTRACTING PARTY.
-andThe CAMARINES SUR III ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (CASURECO III), an
Electric Cooperative organized and existing by virtue of laws of the Republic of the Philippines,
with business address at San Isidro, Iriga City, represented herein by CLARO M. TURIANOOIC- General Manager, referred to as the COOPERATIVE.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the MONTE CIELO SUBDIVISION is in dire needs of electric services and
maintenance of electric lines in the above-stated subdivision by CASURECO III.
WHEREAS, the CASURECO III upon the request of said private entity shall maintain
the electric lines and extend the services of homeowners without such renumeration. Provided
however, that, electrical installation in individual dwelling shall be provided by the
Applicant/Homeowners, labor charges shall be done by them.
Now, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and of the mutual
covenants herein contained, the parties herein agreed to enter into MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT (MOA) to the following terms and conditions;

CASURECO III SIDE:

1.Shall maintain in electrical lines and extend its services without renumeration to the
homeowners. Provided that the installation works in respective dwelling shall be borne by the
homeowners.
2. The CASURECO III shall maintain reliable service to the consumers and provide a
quick respond to the homeowners needs and complaints.
MONTE CIELO SUBDIVISION:
1. The Subdivision Developer shall provide distribution transformer/s if in case of
technical breakdown.
2. The Subdivision Developer shall secure right-of-way if there is obstruction that
interfere the coop distribution line.
