PRUSA MENDEL I3 REWORK

HOW TO INSTALL SOFTWARE:

STEP 1: Arduino_mega_driver

Dpnist-amd64 (run the file)\

STEP 2 : Arduino-1.0.6-windows (run the file)

STEP 3: Printrun-win-slic3r-12july2013

Pronterface ( run the file)

STEP 4 : printrum-win-slic3r-12july2013

Slic3r (open the folder)

Slic3r (run the file)

Slic3r-console (double click)

STEP 5: Marlin-ramps-i3-250000

Marlin

Create_speed_look uptable (Double click on it) and select(through the online) the
browser(internet explore or Chrome ) and save the file.

Create Temperature look uptable Marlin (Double click on it) and select(through the online) the
browser(internet explore or Chrome ) and save the file.

Now Marlin (Arduino file) will be installed in Marlin with arduino logo

Marlin (Arduino file)..(double click and minimize the file)

Connect the cable from system to prusa i3

STEP 6 : Start

Device Manager (search and open Device manager)

Ports(COM & LPT)

Right click on Communication ports (COM 4) and update the driver (click on it)

Search automatically for update drivers software ( click on it)


Text box show (windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date)

Close

STEP 7 : Marlin-ramps-i3-250000
Marlin

Marlin (Arduino file)..(double click )

Select the Configuration.h

Open the file

Select the Example

Select the basic

Select the Blink

In the Blink file (select the TOOL)

Select the Board

Select the Arduino Mega 2560 0r Mega ADK

Select the serial port ( COM4 )

Upload

It will show the Done uploading

In Same way we have to do in Marlin

Minimize the file and open the Pronterface

Select the port

Set the Motor XY: 500

Y: 200

Check the navigator of X Y & Z (home)

Set the HEAT and BED

Check the EXTRUDE

Select the Setting

Click on slicing setting

ADD the file (.stl)

Do setting as per requirement(plater, print setting , filament setting , printer setting ) then Export in .
G-code file.

Now upload to Pronterface

Click on the print
