Day 1:
Complete fruit diet.
Any fruit you can eat except banana. You have to drink 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Suggested fruits watermelon and cantaloupe.
Day 2:
Complete Vegetable diet.
You can take any vegetable without any oil. Boiled vegetables are good option. But
take potato on early morning only. Suggested vegetables are cooked beans, raw and
cooked carrot, cucumber, boiled ridge gourd and bottle gourd, boiled cabbage etc.
and take 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Day 3:
Both Fruits and Vegetables diet.
Eat any fruit except banana and any vegetables except potato.
Morning:
Vegetable diet
Afternoon: Fruit diet
Evening:
Vegetable diet
Night:
Fruit diet.
Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Day 4:
Banana and Milk diet.
Take minimum 8 to 10 bananas throughout the day, and three glasses of Milk.
Morning:
Banana and 1 glass of Milk
Lunch:
1 glass of Milk and 2 Bananas
Evening:
2 or 3 Bananas
Night:
2 Bananas and 1 glass of Milk.
Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Day 5:
Cup of rice for lunch and 6, 7 tomatoes throughout the day.
Drink 12 to 15 glasses of water.
Day 6:
Cup of rice for lunch and vegetable diet for the rest of the day.
Take 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Day 7:
Take a cup of rice and all veggies that you would love to eat along with the
fruit juice of your choice.
