PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Paracoat Biowash is a single pack, water based fungicidal and biocidal treatment specifically developed to neutralise active fungal
bacterial growth and spores prior to the installation of Paracoat Liquid Waterproofing Systems.
Paracoat Biowash is applied by brush, roller or spray to areas to be treated after the substrate has first been power washed to
remove all surface contamination, debris and organic growth.
The Paracoat Biowash will neutralise the residual bacterial growth and will remain active after its initial application giving
continuing protection since it does not need to be rinsed off prior to the installation of the Paracoat Liquid Waterproofing.

substrate at a coverage rate of 6-8m per litre

Allow to dry and sweep off any residue

SURFACE PREPARATION
Contaminated surfaces to be treated must be power washed, fully in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines, to remove all
traces of existing mould and fungal growth prior to the application of the Paracoat Biowash.
