Literacy:
Revisiting letters and sounds, which include
single sounds, diagraphs and tri-graphs.
Practising writing our first names and surnames,
words and sentences.
Using books and ICT to research.
To understand the difference between fiction and
non-fiction texts.
Creating a story using different characters and
settings.
Maths:

Addition and subtraction.


Concentrating on numbers to 20
Counting in 2s, 10s and 5s
3D shapes
Capacity: full, empty, half full, nearly full.
Measurements- Does your child know how tall they
are. Use non-standard units of measurements (hand
spans, foot spans).

Understanding the world:


Use a variety of media, for example, IPhone, Ipad
and a computer.
Learn about different celebrations: Easter.
Learning how to keep safe in our environments.
