This is the statement of CARLA A. REYES, 20 years old, Filipino, Single, and a
resident of 034 Paseo Avenue, Santolan, Pasig City. SHE IS FULLY CONSCIOUS
THAT SHE DOES SO UNDER OATH, AND THAT SHE MAY FACE CRIMINAL
LIABILITY FOR FALSE TESTIMONY or PERJURY taken by ATTY. ANALIZA G.
FOSTER at the latters office located at Room 303 V D & S Building 59-B
Panay Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

You have mentioned that you were at your aunts residence on

Im taking care of my aunt, Librada Delos Reyes. After sending

to bed that afternoon, I decided to go outside the house to

smoke.

When you were already outside the house of your aunt, whom
did u see or notice in the vicinity if any?

I noticed Mary Grace, the wife of my cousin Arthur Delos Reyes,

having conversation with somebody in her cellphone.

While you and Mary Grace were there outside of the house of
your aunt, what happened if any?

I saw my cousin Regienald Reyes passing by.

While your cousin Regienald Reyes is passing by outside the

house of your aunt, what happened? If there is any?

I saw and heard Mary Grace suddenly uttered the following

words to him NBI ang tito ko, tantanan mo kami, ipapakulong
kita!

After what Mary Grace have said, what is the response of

Regienald Reyes and what did he do? If there is any?

My cousin (Regienald Reyes) replied saying tigilan mo na ang

Pamilya ko! and afterwards he left and proceeded to his house.

When the exchange of words between Regienald and MaryGrace

have ended, what did you do? If any? How about Mary Grace? if
any?

I went inside the house of my aunt, a little later, Mary Grace

followed, and while crying, she called up someone using her
cellphone.

Q.

Were you able to know who was called-up by Mary Grace? And
how did you know about it?

Mary grace called-up the Barangay. I came to know about it

because during that moment, I was there inside the house of my
aunt with Mary Grace and I heard her reporting to the Barangay
that Kuya Regienald allegedly pointed a gun to her.

After Mary Grace have reported the incident to the Barangay,

what happened next if any?

At about 4;30 in the afternoon, my uncles and father arrived to

discuss the matter.

As cousin of Regienald and Arthur, husband of Mary Grace,

After my uncles had left at about 5:30 in the afternoon, I talked

to Mary Grace on why she reported that she was pointed with a
gun by my cousin, a thing which is not true.
When you asked Mary Grace why she reported the said
against Regienald( Reggie for brevity), what is her reply if any?

Aside from your last conversation with Mary Grace on December

17, 2011 at about 5:30 in the evening, was there any
communication happened between you and her?

Yes.

When is that and what did you and Mary Grace talked about?

On December 19, 2011 at about 9:00 oclock in the morning,

Grace arrived in our residence accompanied by her mother. She
asked me to be her witness against my cousin Regie.

what was your reply if any?

I reasoned out that why should I testify against Regie? He has

done nothing wrong with her.

After your reply, what happened if any?

Mary Grace told me that I am covering up Kuya Regie, which

caused my mother to intervened and had argued with them. To
pacify them all, I heeded their request to go with them.

You made mentioned that you heeded their request to go with

them, where particularly did you, Mary Grace, and her mother
go? And for what purpose if any?

We went to the Headquarters of Police at Pasig City boarding a

jeepney, and they filed a complaint against my cousin?

What happened to their complaint during that time at the police

station? And how did you know about it?

When the police officer heard the unclear statement of Mary

Grace
which I also not agree on, the police officer told them to just
refer

the case to the Barangay. I know because I was with them during
that time.

You made made mentioned that you boarded a jeepney with

Mary Grace and her mother in going to the Police station when
they filed the complaint. What else do you remember during
those times when you were with them? If there is any?

I remember Mary Grace told me these linesmarami akong

I replied saying Bakit naman ninyo gaganunin pinsan ko

After you have declined their offer to become a witness against

your cousin, Reggie, that day, December 19, 2011, what

I came to know later that Mary Grace filed a complaint against

Kuya Regie for Other Light Threats.
