Guidelines
Fall 2014 Semester

Have

you completed all your subjects?


Internship ONLY after completing all subjects.

However, in exceptional cases, one subject may

be allowed with internship if approved by the


concerned Head of Department.

What to Do:
Email Soft Copy of Rsum to OPA
Forwarding Letter (3 copies/student) from OPA at a time (If required only,

Not Mandatory).
Submission of the Organizations Acceptance Letter to OPA within 7-10

days of joining the organization. (FOLLOW THIS STRICTLY)


Topic Selection for the Report from the Supervisor.
Submission of Proposal to the Supervisor.
Submission of Draft Report to the Supervisor.

Submission of Final Report

Mandatory Requirements:
Soft copy of Rsum with Recent

Passport Size Photo - Must attach in


word file.
Soft & Hard copy of Final Report
Valid E-mail Address

Internship Report:
Student is expected to prepare and submit an Internship
Report during the semester.
Two types of Internship Reports (Discuss with your
academic and organizational supervisor on which format
you should or want to work on).

Internship Affiliation Report


Internship Research Report
The proposal and report format must be followed for
the specific type of report.

Some Important Dates:


Rsum : By 5th September 2014

Topic Selection : By 30th September 2014


Proposal : 20th October 2014

First Draft : 14th November 2014


Final Report : 29th November 2014
If necessary, dates may be changed by OPA
under notification to the students.

Some Important Points:


Keep regular contact with Supervisor & OPA.
Provide every update about your internship to OPA in due time.
Check your e-mail account regularly.
If you are posted outside Dhaka, contact through email or

phone.

Must keep your cell phone active
