A person who buys any goods for a consideration


A person who hires or avails of any services for a
consideration
Anyone who uses goods brought or services hired
exclusively for earning livelihood by self employment

Consumer responsibilities
1. Aware of rights
2. Aware of misleading and exaggerate
advertisement
3. Insists on cash memo
4. Filing complaints
5. Verify the details of the product
6. Insist on quality products
