1 Six Sigma Project Review: Executive Summary For Internal Use Only

6s
Instructions to Presenter:
The purpose of this presentation is to provide an EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY to your audience (eg, at a management staff meeting). As
such, your audience expects a maximum of 5 slides and a
presentation time of 5-10 minutes. For a presentation of 30-minutes,
use the regular Project Review template found in the Trac Library
This presentation is NOT to be used for project reviews during GB
training. For those reviews, use the presentation template in Trac
Library which has a slide for each of the 17 deliverables.
To meet the goal of 5 slides with 5-10 minutes, limit the info you fill
in for each item to ONE BERGER DOT. For example, list only the one
most important CTQ which the Project Y addresses (dont list all the
CTQs), and list the top most important customer (not all). Also,
reduce your problem statement to one or two sentences. Etc, etc.
Again, your audience will expect--and greatly appreciate-- BREVITY
and simple, easy-to-read slides!
This instruction slide should be deleted when preparing this
presentation
