Product information
Three components polyurethane system:
Light blue drums polyol - Olysol 687
Red drums quasi-prepolymer Isurane 2
Plastic cans catalyst - Adycat 151
Application
This system has been developed for the
production of high hardness microcellular
slippers with good elasticity.
Chemical information
Based on MDI (isocyanate) and polyester
polyols, this kind of product requires melting
oven and heating apparatus to work.
Isurane 2 is a MDI based quasi-prepolymer
usually liquid at room temperature, Olysol 687
is a blend of polyols, Adycat 151 is an aliphatic
amine based catalyst.
Transportation
Not dangerous by any mode of international
transport.
Storage
These products are stable for six months if
stored at room temperature, avoid direct
exposition to sunlight, rain or freezing
condition. Extreme deterioration if they suffer
temperature changes (from cold to hot and
back).

Packaging
The master components are usually furnished in
drums of about 200 lt. or 50 lt. (Isurane and
Olysol). Adycat in plastic cans.
