This week in circle we will be
focusing mainly on songs.
Songs to recap occupations, enforce
locations and start introducing modes
of transport.
We will also continue with days of the
week, months of the year, weather,
colour and feelings. How are you
feeling today?
We will watch some outube clips
using the T! to recap.

Acti#ity Ti!e
%dam was away last week, so this week we will proceed with our plan to build
a &' city. He will draft a letter to send home for the parents on (onday so that
the students can start bringing in the materials we will need.
We will be drawing a city and its people on large paper in preparation. The
students will be di)ided into pairs and be instructed to *design a city+. They will
draw a hospital, a fire station, a supermarket , an airport, etc. ,$amples will be
drawn on the board for them to copy and to choose from.
We will be making paper aeroplanes and colouring them in to use as part of
our &' city.
Worksheets and colour sheets of locations. #dentifying colours, for e$ample, a
hospital cross is red.
# will be reading a part of a story e)eryday at the end of the lesson for -
minutes.
Phonics

Writin Practice
We are going to practice writing the
names of the locations / copying
them off the board and writing on
blank paper.

The students are highly moti)ated
by team and pair acti)ities. There
are always lots of laughs / and
better results.
