CSEC POB SCHOOL BASED ASSESSMENT (SBA)
This makes up 20% of a students final mark at CXC. Failure to submit an SBA for CXC will result in the student receiving an X from CXC on his grade slip for the respective subject even though he wrote the examination. It is ultimately the students responsibility to ensure that he meets all internal deadlines set by St. Marys College regarding the submission of SBAs. Plagiarism (copying) of SBAs is a serious offence. Both the person who copied and the person who allowed his work to be copied are penalised.
