Tres Kantos Knife Assault Affidavit

Rodel Llupar filed a complaint affidavit stating that on November 23, 2013 at around 11:00 PM, he was stabbed in the lower back by his neighbor Ben Dayon while fixing a water pipeline outside his home. Mr. Llupar was treated at Riverside Hospital for two days for his stab wound and continues taking antibiotics. He executed the affidavit to attest to the truth of the allegations and to file criminal charges against Ben Dayon.

COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT I, RODEL LLUPAR, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Prk. Kagaykay, Brgy. 2, Bacolod City after being duly sworn to an oath, hereby depose and say: That on or about 11:00 P.M. of November 23, 2013, I was fixing the water pipeline a few meters from my house; That I was in a squatting position and bending over working on the water pipeline when I suddenly felt something hit the lower portion of my back; That I turned around and saw our neighbor Ben Dayon holding a triangle knife (Tres Kantos) about to stab my back; That I was able to parry his assault and quickly ran inside my house; That I noticed that I was bleeding due to a stab wound at the lower left portion of my back; That I told my wife, Elizabeth Llupar that I was stabbed just outside our door; That my wife, Elizabeth Llupar immediately went out and shouted at my assailant who was running away; That my wife went back in and decided to bring me to Riverside Hospital after seeing my wound; That I was confined at said hospital for two (2) days and underwent serious treatment including tetanus toxoid and anti-tetanus serum vaccines, intravenous fluids and antibiotics which I am continually taking for my stab wound; That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the above allegations and for the purpose of filing criminal cases against Ben Dayon of Prk. Kagaykay, Brgy. 2, Bacolod City.
