Mobile Bill Approval Request

Date: 15th February 2014

Dear Sir I, Samar Rana want to request for approval of my Mobile Bill for the Year 2013, as my mobile bill was very high due to high usage, continually calling Client, Subcontractor and other site people. The usage cost me around Rs 1000.00 to 1200.00 per month which is more than my budgeted amount neither I am facilitated with some other perks to aid me financially with such issues. Period, From: Jan 2013 To: Feb 2014.

Dear Sir kindly look into the matter & please approve my bill as it is very difficult for me to adjust in my salary.
