Online Assessment FAQ Guide

The online assessment has two parts that usually takes about 60 minutes to complete. Part 1 is a 30 minute Success Driver Assessment with no time limit. Part 2 is a 30 minute Reasoning Screening Test that allows 2.5 minutes per question. If the assessment link does not work, close the window and try clicking the link again using a supported browser like Internet Explorer 6-8, Firefox 2-3, or Safari 3-5 with pop-ups allowed. Errors in font size, appearance or encoding are often due to inappropriate browser settings. Try changing the browser encoding to Unicode, ignoring font styles specified on webpages in Accessibility settings, or using a different computer to complete the online test. Contact

Question 1. How long is Online Assessment? The Online Assessment usually takes about 60 minutes with 2 parts: Part 1: Success Driver Assessment No time limit, take about 20-30 minutes Part 2: Reasoning Screening Test Limit in 30 minutes only, 2.30 per question. Question 2. Nothing happened when I click the assessment link. What should I do?

Please close your window and try to click the link again. We recommend you should use these following browsing soft wares: Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 or 8.0 Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or 3.0 Safari 3.0 or 4.0 or 5.0

And please turn off Pop-up Blocker // Allow Pop-up (as below)

Question 3. I meet some errors when accessing the Assessment such as: the font size is too small/too big; the font appears with errors Can you help me? Most of errors occur due to the inappropriate set-up of your web browser. Please try these below to repair. If you still face the errors, please kindly email us [email protected] . . Change your encoding of web browser to Unicode
