Acetic Acid in Homeopathic Treatment

Acetic acid causes various symptoms affecting multiple body systems. It can cause vision issues, touch sensitivity, hearing issues like croup and hissing sounds with breathing, and a strong sense of smell and taste. Patients present with great exhaustion, bleeding from mucous membranes, diarrhea, vomiting, and heavy menstrual bleeding. On physical exam there is swelling from excess fluid (dropsy), thirst, excessive sweating, dry and hot skin, and last stages of illness. Acetic acid poisoning can result from injuries, surgery, infections, or use of certain medicines and inhalants. Opium, belladonna, and carbolic acid can help treat acetic acid toxicity and related bleeding and fluid imbalance issues.
