JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing facility of 30K sq. ft. with seating capacity for over 400 employees. Worked closely with interior designer, our management, Delivery teams & IT teams for timely completion 18K sq ft new facility with seating capacity for 312 seats at in Bangalore location. Managed & successfully completed shifting of our entire existing office to new facility in Bangalore location. Automated our Seepz gate pass process by creating a web based application, which saves time of visitors, host, and creator of the passes. App is mobile friendly, generates reports & records for audit & security compliance purposes. In constant endeavor to save cost & rigorous follow up with PWD department resulted in government duty exemption on energy bills for the period from 2008 to 2018. Approx savings per year INR 2.8L for next 8 years. Followed up with reliance infrastructure ltd to activate ECS for our energy bills resulted in approx monthly saving of INR 5.2K monthly through prompt payment credits. In the constant endeavor of automating processes, I managed to work with delivery team to design a web based application to make Seepz gatepass for Quinnox employees, visitors, vendors etc. thus saving valuable time of all the stakeholders & simplifying the complicated & tedious process. Designed shift planning for Bangalore employees in coordination with PM & IT. Asset purchase of company assets, preparing of P.Os & processing the payments. Negotiating & preparing vendor SLAs, rate contract & AMC agreements. Maintaining MIS records for Mumbai location & consolidating all location MIS for evaluating & analyzing any variance against budget. Initiated process for inter unit material gate pass for material movement from one unit to another resulted in proper track of company assets. Also designed the gatepass format. Took initiative of Conference room booking through Outlook to avoid any conflicts over room booking, has resulted in FLM dept having proper control on Board room booking & employees following proper booking system. Handling all client visits, outbound training program arrangements, Annual events, Fire drills etc. Consolidation of all Airtel, Vodafone connections under one parent account respectively & changing billing cycle to 1st of every month & billing address of all the company paid bills to corporate office address. Liaising with seepz & customs authorities for various statutory compliances. Monitoring Vendor payments tracking sheet to avoid any delay in payments of vendor bills. Designed cost effective car arrangements different shifts Bangalore. Successfully setting up of our new facility for at Nariman point in Maker IV. Managing company cars & hired cars with meet all essential records, follow up with Managed an all India location conference at Amby valley Lonavala, Car vendor & company drivers scheduling resulted that several bookings, changes at the right from booking the venue, the meetings & events, day end last moment, minute car hire/cancellations, mid night airport Pick parties at the last venue & to n fro transport. up/drops was done with precision. Handled ISO certification audit BM Trada Certification, UKAS Quality Part of fun committee of our company assisted in organizing events like cricket Management. tournament, fun n fair, bi - monthly buzz. Vendor management & evaluation to info enable our department to get quality service & product. Analyzing cost consumption pattern & giving feedback to management on cost effective methods.
