Make sure participants cover up their skin Make sure participants can carry at least 2 litres each Outline the risks of not drinking water Make sure participants are dresses properly Ensure participants have water proof layers on top and warm clothes beneath Make sure lots of snacks are consumed all day and night to keep the body fuelled. Make sure everyone slip, slop, slaps Wear sunscreen Wear hats and long sleeve clothing Keep participants away from cliff faces as much as possible Poor shoes can lead to slipping and falling so ensure everyone has sufficient footwer on. People trying to move too fast when in dangerous areas need to slow down Ensure paricipants have prior nav skills Make sure everyone has accurate maps and compasses Wear Gaiters
