On 10/09/2013 at 12:18 pm Eugene Martinez 06/22/1965 (pictured below) escaped from custody at the Denver Police Headquarters. Martinez is currently wanted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Martinez has an extensive history of sexual assault in both Pueblo and Denver dating to 1994. Martinez has contacts in the Denver-Metro area and Pueblo. Martinez stands approximately 505 and weighs approximately 120 lbs. He has a tattoo on his chest of a guitar with wings and the name Diane. He also has a scar on his forehead. He was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie and black jeans. Martinez had blue sweat pants under his jeans.
