God Has a Plan for Joseph Matthew 28:20 I am with you always Sad things happen to us, but God is always with us. Challenges will come to bring us closer to Him. Take whatever sadness, frustration, hurt, loneliness you have and tell God every facet of it. Then, thank God for what He will do. He will only do what is best. This week in Reading and Writing we will: Focus on the reviewing the sounds /t/ through /w/.

Review your childs homework Check bedtimes. We have had a few more teary faces than normal. Suggestion to help your child last throughout the day: clean -up toys around 7, bath time, and 7:30 bedtime. Homework can last for 510 minutes at the most. Go hunting for the sounds in books. Look for the sounds t-w. Look for Captain Capitals T, U, V, W. Search for words in How To Make Applesauce. Countdown-math sheet Check out online learning options on the K2 blog.

Look for the blog at http//: apostlesk2.blogspot.com Use Starfall.com to review your childs letter sounds. Read books to your child everyday. Write 3 in dry jello. Bring Thursday: something that is awake at night (picture, book, stuffed animal) Field Trip Preparation Wear a yellow shirt, get a good rest the night before, eat a bigger breakfast with protein to last until approximately 11:15 (snack time). Apply sunscreen at home. Dress for the weather. Be ready to have fun!

Stay after school and visit with another parent or schedule a play date with someone from our Kindergarten class. It is a great way for you and your child to get to know others outside of our daily routine.
