Building the Upper Stage

Seam

Building the Upper Stage is similar to the SRB assembly, by gluing the tab to one side and rolling the whole structure into a tube. Then the Fuel line is glued covering the seam. Also, a small hatch door needs to be glued.

Fuel line

Add supports to the top and bottom of the Upper Stage.

Adding the 5th segment to the SRB

Roll the 5th segment into a cylinder just like the SRB and glue the fuel line to the seam. Note that the fuel line starts at the bottom but does not reach the top.

Glue the Connector to the inside of the top of the SRB in preparation to adding the 5th segment.
