Before hospitalization
According to the patient health is a freedom from disease or ailment, body and mind. She had no health problems, until he was experiencing body weakness due to low potassium. The patient eats 3 times a day with snack every after meal. The patient defecates 1 or 2 times a day and urinates 3-4 times a day with normal color of urine. No reports on any elimination problems. Activities on a regular days is household chores. According to the patient she is blessed with her family and to her loving husband. The patient can easily fall asleep. Normal hours of sleep (8hours).

During hospitalization
The patient is hospitalized, she is now aware of her condition.

Nutrition metabolic pattern Elimination pattern

Has poor appetite. No changes in elimination pattern.

Activity-exercise pattern Sexuality-reproductive pattern

She usually walks around the room. No coitus.

Sleep-rest pattern

Patient is experiencing sleep pattern disturbance. No proper rest. He cannot talk well due to her condition, but can hear and communicate well. Patient feels so blessed to have her family around all the time.

Can understand and speak English well. Good hearing. The patient is the one that make the decision in their family.
The patient is healthy , with the absence of any disease. Can perform her daily tasks very well. According to the patient, the most helpful in talking things over her family. The patient is a roman catholic, seldom goes to church, once or twice a month.

She can no longer perform any of her tasks.

Her family is a big contribution in facing her present condition.

Always pray inside her hospital room.
