This is a community garden that can greatly benefit
the citizens of Ocean Shores, as well as the North
Beach area.
Our community garden will benefit many citizens
health wise by encouraging exercise and healthy
eating. There will also be a community relation
benefit by building camaraderie and common
interests. In addition, this garden can also serve as a

learning tool by educating one another on how to

grow, harvest and prepare vegetables as part of a
healthy lifestyle.

It is anticipated that vegetables grown by this


community project will also benefit the local food
bank. Having a community project such as this that
will assist others less fortunate in our local
community will demonstrate compassion for all to
see thereby positively strengthening the bonds of all
residents.
