Maintenance of Bag filter . AHP Mechanical Maintenance Engineer 1. Hand gloves 2. Mechanical tool box kit

Open the Filter Top cover. Inside Inspection to be done. Remove the bag filter one by one and clean by LP air. If damage bag filter found then replaced it. After fitting the all Bag filters, then box-up the top cover. Area to be clean Cancel PTW.

QUALITY: All the parameters, activities are maintained within prescribed limit. Any deviation from the norm is recorded and corrective action is taken accordingly. ENVIRONMENT: Not applicable. OHSAS: Ensure PPE, Helmet, adequate lighting near the work place. Ensure the lifting tools are in adequate condition. Ensure proper earthing of the equipment / area of work as the case may be. Ensure healthiness & safety of the entire activities with respect electrical system. 10. RECORDS: WIN/SIL/4/F/05
