Movie Night

This document is a memorandum from the principal of P.S. 238 inviting parents to a "Family Dinner & Movie Night" event on March 26th from 5-8 PM. SPECIAL PARENT MEMORANDUM

Dear Parent /Guardian, March 6, 2009

Once again we’ve got many good reasons to cheer as the start of spring
draws near. Research has shown that parent – child activities are the
most meaningful way parents can get involved in their child’s education.

We at PS/IS 238K would like to take this opportunity to invite our parents
to the launching of the 2009 School Surveys; in addition with “Family
Dinner & Movie Night”
on March 26th, 2009 in the school Auditorium from 5:00PM until 8:00PM.

• Dinner will be served promptly at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.


• Parents please bring your surveys with you to
participate in a raffle.
• Surveys will be collected from 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM
• Translators will be available for Spanish, Cantonese, Russian, Urdu,
and Italian speaking parents who may need
assistance completing the Survey.
• Movie will start at 6:30PM
• Raffle will be held after the Movie.
• PARENTS MUST ESCORT THEIR CHILDREN!
