FORWARD It is my great pleasure to give a forward to EKAVALI a collection of several mantras and procedures useful for sri vidya upasakas compiled by sri Ramesh Namoodriji. I used to receive some of the collections through email and felt very useful for us. It is now compiled in a single book- really excited to be seen . The Shri Vidya Guru Mandala Parishad (SVGP) is doing excellent work for sri vidya upasakas and the latest publication is Saubhagyakalpadrumah. I was also present during first mahayaga held in Mumbai and where this parishad was formed. Sri Jayaraman ji who is author of the parishad came in touch with me through sri Godbole mataji(wife of Sri Raghunath Godbole). I was in search of data of Sri Bhaskararaya, and Sri Khisteji of Varanasi gave the address of mataji and met her in Mumbai who in turn introduced to Jayaramanji. We are all benefited from him to see so many sadhakas from different guruparamparas. Sri Ramesh Namboodri also came in touch with me in the above mahayaga and continued in subsequent yagas at Narayanpet and Kadi (Gujrath). His contribution for the parishad is highly appreciable. I too got lot lot of benefit from him including at thrishathi santharpanam 11 held during july 2011in Chennai. I had a very bitter experience during initial period after getting deeksha to trace the required for upasana like mudras, nyasas, etc. and the above Ekavali will prove as a readyreckoner to all the sadhakas. With the blessings of Lalithambike I wish that sri Namoodri will bring out many such collections in future also.
